Modern house clubs design for the central community in German. This is a place for cultural event active membership. Ecker architekten, German architect has designed a house club for Community Center placed in Zimmern, Germany. The ideas was rewarded Beispielhaftes Bauen in 2007 along with guter Bauten BDA 2008.
Constructed to home educational events in a city with active club association, this lobby also hosts fair events and seasonal celebrations. Chairs 500, the plan houses a childhood club, offices for limited officials, and the city doctor.

The sectional declaration of the entry at road level and the major lobby four meters under generates the room. Staircase terminates together trimmings of this tribune, concerning the higher and inferior levels. Food service, storage, green rooms and mechanical areas are housed beneath the entrance block. Actual drain culverts mounted at 45 scales to the base walls accomplish environmental supplies and loan a spectacular nature to the streetscape. These brightness cannons are lit for events, signaling behavior to the community club.
