Sol Perez sent us these photos that show how they can design and decorate a small apartment to get the most from. The apartment in question is 90 square meters and the reform carried out with great taste and imagination has created a beautiful floor.
In the foyer, the hallway was removed to give way to the bedroom and the kitchen door. And has been replaced by a low wall that lets the air communication with the same.
The move to the corridor of the bedroom is closed by a sliding door that closes the hall. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in that area. The master bedroom is on the terrace. Each hole has been exploited to organize closets invisible but very practical, thus solving a major problem for small flats – where to save things.
In this case, the cabinets have been hidden as if they were part of the wall, or continuation of the decor. The opening to the terrace not only gives you a feeling of greater space in the bedroom, but also a wonderful light that makes it appear wider. The correct choice of colors also makes sense of space.
The kitchen is part of the dining room separated by a small bar with stools. At the bottom of it is a small terrace where after some cabinets are the washer and dryer, along with some sites and shoe racks for cleaning and ironing. The main terrace is very well used, has an area and a small dining room, all in colonial style, very much in line with the rest of the house.
The set is simple and very nice and gives the impression that an apartment is very large and clear. It really is not exactly a loft but is distributed with this philosophy. The curtains have been resolved with blinds fiber screen. Those responsible for design and decorate this small apartment have been able to solve the problems of space with imagination and taste, and the result is a floor to give a warm feeling of comfort and amplitude.
